Fitness / Wellness Programs
New Mexico Sports & Wellness offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All NMSW members begin their membership with two Personal Training sessions. The first appointment includes a review of medical history, static postural assessment, functioning postural assessment, body fat, blood pressure, and goal setting. The second appointment sets you up with a Personal Training routine. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the Personal Training sessions.

Group Fitness

Massage

Pilates

Pre & Post Natal Programs
This program, specifically designed to focus on prenatal & postpartum exercises, will improve prenatal women's energy levels and prepare the body for labor and delivery.
Classes take the prenatal woman through a variety of strengthening, conditioning, relaxation, and flexibility exercises. Classes range from moderate movement conditioning classes to exercise performed with the new infant and effective exercise with the stroller! Get started today.
